Our Story

After working as a business PLM lead as well as PLM consultant in high paced global organizations like Rolls-Royce, TCS, working and living in USA, Norway and India, I realized that there is still a big gap between what customer needs and what he gets from PLM vendors. 

I myself was frustrated several times not getting the required quality level and had to spend so much time spoon-feeding every detail. 

After trying multiple vendors, finally I gave up and decided to do something to create a better option.

Some organizations choose multinational vendors who tend to do more than 90% work from cheap offsite locations but deliver poor quality. 

Some choose local vendors with good quality,  higher cost but less flexibility. 

Our goal is to provide an optimum solution between these two. 

Having worked as consultant as well as a customer, I have developed special competence dealing with onsite and offsite teams and understand minute intricacies which makes this model successful. 

Also, I understand that cultural and organizational understanding is important for success. Hence, our aim is to recruit and train local resources as well train global resources on local language and culture before starting assignments.

Being small we can be flexible and agile to customer requirements and offer innovative models.
